Leicester City Complete Signing Of Ricardo Pereira From FC Porto (Photos)

Leicester City have completed the signing of defender Ricardo Pereira from FC Porto.

The 24-year-old right-back who can also operate as a winger agreed to join Leicester subject to international clearance for an undisclosed fee.

He will sign a Five-year deal with the Premier League side.

His move to City will be complete when international transfer clearance is received on June 9.

Pereira is set to feature at the 2018 World Cup in Russia after being named in Portugal's 23-man Squad For the tournament.

"I feel very happy to be here and I can’t wait to do my best to help the team," he told LCFC TV.

He added:

"The atmosphere, the fans and the football of the Premier League makes it the best in the world. I am here to support the team and to help the Club to achieve its goals."
